The KON-TER is a digital contactor with electronic overload protection, designed for the control and protection of motors and other electrical loads. It integrates contactor, overcurrent protection, and operational monitoring functions into a single device, simplifying installation and reducing the number of components required in the electrical panel.
The device allows digital adjustment of the maximum current limit and the disconnection delay time between 0.1 and 10 seconds . When the current exceeds the programmed value for the set time, the KON-TER disconnects the load, activates the error indication, and switches the alarm output.
It also incorporates protection against current imbalance in three-phase systems . If the difference between the maximum and minimum current of the phases exceeds 50%, the device generates an alarm and disconnects the load after 2 seconds.
Its three digital displays allow you to view the operating parameters, including the configured overcurrent value, the number of contact operations, and the accumulated operating hours.
